Airborne is a short film directed by Daniela Zenobi, produced by Hollis Hill. A mother drives her daughter to the airport: the daughter is about to board a flight to chase her dreams, but unresolved matters still linger between them.
The score follows their journey: the waiting, the unexpected, the reckoning and finally the departure. An intimate writing that works on the emotional detail of the mother daughter bond without ever overwhelming the story.
